Screentec is the high-efficiency machine that washes and screens natural, crushed, and recycled aggregates such as gravel, pebbles, and sand. The screening parts are easy to assemble and install, making Screentec suitable for pairing with other washing machines. You can install 2, 3, or 4 inclined screens and choose from various support options. Our screen is mainly composed of a suspended support frame on helical springs, a central shaft protection, a mesh tensioning system with a metal rod, an alloy steel shaft, grease-lubricated bearings protected by a series of labyrinth flanges, adjustable eccentric weights for output variation, a rear feed chute, and bolted hoppers on the front of the machine for material discharge.
