GUARANTEED USED FILTER PRESSES
GIVE NEW LIFE TO USED MACHINERY
USED AND RECONDITIONED FILTER PRESSES
The process of reconditioning a used filter press begins with a thorough evaluation of the wear on its main components. Next, the machine is completely disassembled and undergoes a deep cleaning to remove any sludge residue. Worn parts, such as gaskets, pistons, and piping, are repaired or replaced; in addition, filter plates and cloths are changed if they are damaged or excessively worn.
At this point, the frame and all structural elements are repainted to ensure greater corrosion protection and a refreshed aesthetic appearance. Finally, the machine is reassembled and subjected to a series of functional tests to verify the correct closure of the plates and the effectiveness of the hydraulic system. The result is a reconditioned filter press, thoroughly restored and capable of offering performance and reliability comparable to those of a new machine, with significant cost savings and a positive contribution to sustainability.
