The early identification of the problem by our technical assistance allows the customer to quickly obtain the solution to resolve the fault: at this point, we can proceed with remote resolution if the problem is at software level thanks to our M.A.R.A® remote assistance system, with the dispatch of spare parts in cases where the customer can operate autonomously, and, where this is not possible, we will decide on the organisation of maintenance by one of our specialised technical teams.
Our team of technicians is available to provide local support to our customers around the world, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime and performance of the system.
