Kelberger GmbH<\/strong><\/h2><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kelberger-kies.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Kelberger GmbH<\/b><\/a> is a company owned by <b>Mr Roland Kelberger<\/b> and located in the <b>Bavarian district<\/b> (Landkreis) of Rottal-inn, more precisely in the town of Hebertsfelden. The <b>high-pressure sprayer<\/b>, located at the end of a sliding curtain, <b>runs between each plate and dispenses high-pressure washing water over the entire surface of the cloth (including the frame)<\/b>, detaching and removing any accumulation of dirt on the filter cloth.<\/p><p>This thorough washing has the <b>function of preserving the filter cloths over time, ensuring their perfect fit by removing any residual mud on them<\/b>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f0d7e01 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f0d7e01\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-no\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-f29a5d9\" data-id=\"f29a5d9\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eaeb73d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eaeb73d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Matec&#8217;s solution for Kelberger plant<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We provided an <b>All-In-One<\/b>&nbsp;Aggregates Material&nbsp;<span style=\"letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-text-letter-spacing );\">Washing and<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: var( --e-global-typography-text-letter-spacing );\">&nbsp;Classification Plant + Wastewater Treatment that allows for the treatment of both aggregate material and micro-material present in dirty water to recycle as much water as possible and select materials based on their granulometry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Regarding the machinery movement requirement, we studied multiple solutions and ultimately agreed with the customer on a solution using a s<b>uspended bridge with tension cables<\/b> to minimize vertical pillars and increase free space. This was to ensure maximum freedom of movement for various trucks in the area.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve the customer&#8217;s desired results, after a careful feasibility study by our technical department, we proceeded to create a <b>complete plant consisting of two distinct sections<\/b>: one for the <b>treatment of inert material<\/b> and one for the <b>treatment of residual sludge<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>In the first plant, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.matecindustries.com\/en\/washing-classification\/\">washing and classification<\/a> plant, we included a <b>2-deck vibrating screen<\/b> and a <b>desludging machine<\/b> to thoroughly remove clay and silt residues from the gravel. This was followed by a complete <a href=\"https:\/\/www.matecindustries.com\/en\/aggretec-semi-mobile-screening-washing-selection-aggregates\/\">Aggretec<\/a> plant with a <b>3-deck vibrating screen<\/b> and sand washing with <b>2 hydrocyclones<\/b>. This entire plant is equipped with <b>high-performance <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alfapompe.it\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alfa Pompe<\/a> front suction pumps<\/b>, which we produce.<\/p>\n<p>Once the aggregate material has been washed and sorted, all the wastewater and sludge are sent to the <b>wastewater treatment system<\/b>, which includes a generous 150.000liter <b>vertical decanter<\/b>, a <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.matecindustries.com\/en\/filter-press\/\">filter press<\/a> 1500&#215;1500\/140 plates<\/b> equipped with optional features like Core Blow and Robowash, essential for ensuring the longevity of consumable parts.
